Conceived by Zone Poème, REVOLUTION is a collective artistic gesture

First REVOLUTION performance happened in Lille, France, on May 11

Through this simple performance, in which anyone can take part, and nobody can control the duration, everyone takes part in a work which encompasses and protects them, and reminds our urgent desire to share the outside time and space

PROTOCOL

1. A person stands up in the middle of a public space where they stay immobile and quiet for half an hour.

2.   After half an hour, another person stands in front of the first one (ten feet away) and substitue them for a new half hour circle.

3.   Each substituted person remains present in the location, allowing to answer to possible questions, and also to take care of the performer.

4.   The performance ends up when nobody takes a new turn.

5.   One can only take part once in the performance
